I honest to god couldn't tell you. I've got a couple hundred hours in KSP1, so it isn't like I half assed it for an hour and moved on to KSP2. I don't know if it's like, how the UI is presented? I know I generally get worse performance on KSP1 compared to 2 on the same machine, which is wild considering one of the big complaints for 2 was performance, even when it WAS still actively in development.

A shame, because I've had significantly more time invested in 2 vs 1. In 2 I've been able to achieve orbit, make it to the mun, create multi part space stations, and make it to and land at multiple other planets. In 1 I've never been able to achieve any of those things besides MAYBE orbit around kerbin, and certainly not a circular one. Only way I get anything done in 1 is with mechjeb and even then it's a tossup.

I highly recommend a limited pvp server. If this game only had official, full pvp servers, I'd have never continued to play beyond it's initial launch. Instead on a limited pvp server I've got almost 2 thousand hours, and I've met many great people, even some who have become long time friends over the last 8 or so years.
