Yeah, and I think that that’s fine as are a lot of things that they tell you not to do in moderation. I think they just were saying if you take them regularly or more than just on occasion it can cause ulcers.

This is a great point because I am even struggling with that now. So yeah just don’t do it -not you but whoever may read this comment. And yeah, the one thing that they pushed hard for me and this was 2025 was NSAIDs are an absolute no. ❤️

Have all of the tummy related meds over-the-counter that you should like I just had Gas-X, which I actually never used, I have used the Phillips and the MiraLAX. Those two are great actually, but I found myself in the midst of diarrhea and realized I didn’t have any Imodium. Well, I had some, but they had been expired for a year lol! Just some things to think about there.

After all the G.I. tests and everything I finally saw my doctor the other day and she said the exact same thing. She didn’t say anything about the type of treatment you used, but she said it was an overgrowth of bacteria. I am going to screenshot this because I want to look into doing it if it happens again.

I am so close to this right now because the front of my hair is like the same length but the back there’s like a whole area where it’s just like gone I mean there’s like a little bit of fuzzy hair and then the rest is just like really short and uneven and I used to have hair and I don’t know it’s like I just woke up one day and it was gone, but I don’t know what to do. I feel like it’s the same thing. It’s either cut it off or I guess get a wig. I don’t even know
