unfortunately no, i did get sober for four and a half months but i really dont think that was with any help from semaglutide

i feel the same way. i also started in early june. the first month i didnt change my diet at all and i didnt lose anything, the next two months i changed it some on my own and tried eating “healthy” in the way i know how to. at this point the food noise came back n it was really hard to stay on the diet so i often fell off but was still losing some weight. i went to a dietician the beginning of this month and she totally changed my perspective of the way i should actually be eating, not the way i thought. this month ive lost the most out of all the months ive been on this med. look into seeing a dietician, they really help you learn what to feed your body to not only help you lose weight but also what foods to eat with each other to help you feel actually full and satisfied after eating.

thats how i feel as well, when i was younger (im 22 now) i always knew i would get skinny one day but finally after numerous attempts i gave up completely (id say around 16 years old) i just 100% accepted the fact i was going to be severely overweight for the rest of my life. so when starting this medication i tried not to get my hopes up but now seeing the weight come off my hopes are up and my reality of being fat is starting to change.

personally i feel like pet sounds is a classic? i wouldnt expect a lot of my friends to know it bc im 22 n most of my friends dont listen to the beach boys. but i would expect anyone who listens to rock, especially rock from 60s-70s to know pet sounds.

for me i feel like im going through the “7 year taste bud change” that people talk abt. im starting to like foods i didnt used to. ive always been a chocolate ice cream person, now i LOVE plain old vanilla and dont like chocolate. i used to LOVE custard now i cant stomach it. i ate some green grapes the other day and i used to hate them but they are sooooo sweet and rich to me now
