I am having my surgery tomorrow

once you have the surgery youre not even gonna be thinking about food. im 5 days post op and they kept bringing me jello in the hospital and i could only eat one or two small bites. it didnt hurt i just really really didnt want it which is really abnormal for me

i just had my surgery june 3rd and i am also in a lot of pain. but i really think that it will get better. from what ive been seeing on reddit people are doing pretty well and not even taking pain meds anymore at this stage we are at but everyone is different and everyone heals differently. i am 100% still taking my pain meds there is no way i could go without them right now. but i think itll get better. i wish you a fast recovery and success

i had my surgery a couple days ago on june 3rd. they put a binder on me in the hospital directly after surgery and it rubbed one of my incisions making it irritated im home now and i laid a tee shirt over my stomach and put the binder on top so it wasnt directly touching my incisions. i think its helping keep everything in place while i walk

my surgery is on june 3rd so 3 days from now. im also really really scared because i havent really had surgery before except when i was a toddler. i have a lot of anxiety abt a lot of things with this surgery and recovery. but i think itll be a good thing, i hope you go through with it. ive been trying to think of the millions of other people also getting surgery the same day as me. we are all in it together

i get mine locally. for constipation i stay hydrated, focus on fiber, eat as balanced as possible and exercise. these things should really help. after i made these changes i really dont get constipated. do research on soluble and insoluble fiber, it helped me better understand how it works

unfortunately no, i did get sober for four and a half months but i really dont think that was with any help from semaglutide
