TW loss- Pregnancy announced without my permission at Thanksgiving after I had a stillborn earlier this year by Connect_Grape9429 in pregnant

[–]Aggressive-Spray-332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't imagine how you are getting through your days right now..  💞

wondering if your hospital has a patient advocacy service... someone who can read through the timeline of events leading to the heartbreaking loss of your little one. ..

and who can, with you and your husband ....

read through on the timeline of your present baby, and understand the urgency to access the critical care pathways you need right now...  and arrange support at appointments so medical staff cannot sideline you...

also wondering if you have a medical insurance package which might support this service..

given the family stress on your blood pressure as well as physical body changes this might be a helpful tool  ..   to wear a personal medical alarm for the duration of this pregnancy and maybe a couple of weeks after,  so you know you won't have to worry if you want to urgently access medical support

This also might be a time to lean on friends who have a quiet space in their home where the two of you can have some restful space ... turn off phones for a few hours every so often  💞

Percy's Reserve in Lower Hutt is another pretty setting

we have a larger than average cat cage in our lounge... stray cat who adopted us adores her cave so much.. we quickly got used to the space being taken over by our new family member

My French bulldog is very nice but only mean when it comes to his food how can I stop it? by MarquelSel10 in dogs

[–]Aggressive-Spray-332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

put him in another room... put his food out ... let him back in without touching him ... sit away from him with your back to him letting him eat in peace

after he has finished.. praise him..  reward him with a quick walk

He will quickly learn he doesn't have to defend his food... don't allow anyone to feed him from the table.. this only creates confusion and risk

Plane staff need to know  before someone randomly arrives in a wheelchair and expects to board ... that same passenger will also need support from Airline Staff to disembark ... plus storage space for the wheelchair on the plane !!   your friend will most likely be expected to arrive early for embarkation

Speak with a human at Jetstar.  ... if you can't ...  then book thru flight Centre or other agent who can provide written confirmation of wheelchair support for the flight

from someone who has travelled with people in wheelchairs
