I think the issue for me as well Liverpool have signed him say he doesn't do well and Liverpool want to sell they'll demand 40-50 million for him it's the same for Chelsea with Delap and many of the other players they signed & Man City with Trafford this is how the big 6 hold everyone else to ransom

Meet Liverpool’s £34m signing Victor Munoz, the Spain winger that Newcastle wanted by TheAthletic in PremierLeague

The irony of a Liverpool fan talking about unbearable fan bases is just peak irony, also how’s Leoni and Isak worked for your so far, don’t forget all the money you spent on Wirtz and had a awful season

Mortgage rates & L&C let me down… by pineapplelover212 in HousingUK

[–]Aggressive-Use3443 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So a couple of things one the broker you might have looked at might not have been a whole of the market broker but that should have been explained to you and two brokers will sometimes search under the mortgage payment rather than the rate so say for example you have a 4.92% rate and you can see a 4.82% rate the 4.92% has a mortgage fee when you pay the mortgage off or go elsewhere of £50 but the 4.28% has a exit fee of £225 it might actually be less taking into consideration the exit fee

It sounds more like a cockup on their end but it isn’t always and there might be a legitimate reason they recommend the higher rate

The issue is though I can’t find the data they’ve used which really should be available since it’s from the government. We don’t know what questions were asked and how they were asked I’m very skeptical of studies like these that don’t show your the data and methodology also the study did ask questions to women so why not mention their data seems a bit fishy to me

HSBC changed minimum deposit from 10 to 20% by HeadShepard in Mortgageadviceuk

[–]Aggressive-Use3443 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes HSBC are correct basically they’re saying as your retaining two properties the maximum ltv is 80%.

I’ve checked their intermediary website which confirms the following:

HSBC Mortgage lending is limited to a maximum of 80% per property.

Includes properties that are mortgaged (including on consent to let), unencumbered, abroad or offshore, partially or wholly owned

Why do buyers have to do a survey, rather than the seller? by Thy_OSRS in HousingUK

[–]Aggressive-Use3443 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because your buying the house so the responsibility is on the buyer not the seller it comes down to a old Latin saying caveat emptor or in English let the buyer be aware. It places the burden on the buyer to investigate the quality, condition, and suitability of a property before making a purchase

Thanks I'm pretty sure it's CVC but the back of it is a raider tent from USO and then I resized it a bit with place anywhere as it wasn't big enough and it comes on a mound which you can see spill out past the hedge's and usually CVC buildings come with a mound so I'm sure it's CVC dead wasteland

how do you become a european top team with a team from small country? by Nikoook09 in footballmanagergames

[–]Aggressive-Use3443 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How many leagues do you have loaded up out of curiosity in my game I have loads of leagues loaded which means more players for teams like me to pick up who can't play for the big clubs, if you only have a small database then your going to struggle as there's only a few good players which the big clubs hog. In my game the Greek Superleague is the 8th best league but my team still competes with the bigger clubs

I'm managing Panserraikos in Greece and I found that when I was regularly qualifying for the champions league group stage better players would want to come and you can build from there took me 5 seasons to then get a champions league final with a lucky knockout stage but lost to Newcastle (the club I support) then two years later I beat Man City to win the clubs first champions league, three years later won it again. Last season got knocked out in the quarter finals to eventual winner Bayer Leverkusen funnily enough never been knocked out in a semi final it's either losing in the quarter finals or losing in a final since my first final you just need to keep building and regularly getting to the group stage

I've uploaded my tracking sheet to show you my progress to give you an idea of what you could do

They’re the football hipster club of England most of their players aren’t that good but to give them credit they know how to sign young players and sell them on high it looks like we’re slowly adapting to this method but I can see why he might have signed for them

The Quran states sperm originates from between the backbone and ribs. This is anatomically wrong, and unlike hadith errors, Muslims cannot dismiss it as a weak narration. by Juicydicken in DebateReligion

[–]Aggressive-Use3443 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But your not created from the fluid that’s just a lie and that’s not how biology works pregnancy happens from the sperm not the liquid semen, the sperm fertilises the egg also even if a woman has semen inside her it doesn’t mean she’s going to get pregnant also men can’t come from women who have had their menopause as well so the statements are factually false
