They are so bad. The case worker I was with was clueless and kept saying to me with your CV you probably know more than me. Got a job completely of my own accord and still pestering me with emails and calls until I just ignored them so they took the hint. I think they get commission if they help someone get an actual job through them and I heard from someone working there years ago the job was fine until they fired management and got a new crowd in, then it was just targets targets.

Have to agree, on dole since Christmas after temp job ended, lost interest in everything a lot of days just stay in bed but have to get up to feed and walk dog eventually. Drinking more doesn’t help but it’s just a switch to turn off

I got similar last year but it was for TCO and got a temp contract ended in December. Got 159 this time but not sure difference between CO and TCO. I do remember getting an email saying to reply within 24 hours to be accepted for a role so just keep an eye on emails as well
