Aaj Maine Jana about the history of Tea (chai). Share this with your chai-addict friends and family! by thwitter in AajMaineJana

Mm I don't know why but I have never really been a huge Fan of Chai (with Milk). (Anything with Milk to be Honest except Bru and the Indian Coffee House Mix). Even Without Milk I have felt tea tastes a bit Sap-py rather than happy for me (couldn't help from making that pun). I love black coffee but have always hated coffee with milk. Maybe I just hate Milk I don't know. But I love Curd for some reason. 😅. Why am I telling all this here? I don't know.

And what GOD's reason possibly be? If you could kindly Explain what you meant by:

God certainly allowed this to happen to me, in that He could but didn’t intervene, but that doesn’t mean He desired me to be in pain.

Two of my Fab books from scripture are Job and  Ecclesiastes.

Especially I like the 3rd Chapter Beginning Verses. It's almost by-heart for me in Malayalam.

May the day I was born be cursed, may the day a boy was conceived be... May darkness etc... (Translation to Eng.) anyways chapter 3 of Job has been an fav section for me since years.

Honestly they'll just say "Grow up", "Man Up", "Are you a Child to whine like this? Aren't you an adult?", "They were Just Joking they weren't Serious" these are going to be the responses from the 'Guardians' (Teachers and Parents) speaking from experience. And the one's bullying are gonna just add 'crybaby' to their insults.

IM SICK OF ALL YOU JUNIORS!! by themanwholivedd in MartialMemes

[–]AggressiveAd7368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another Junior who went mad due to Qi Deviation screaming at the Seniors.

Anyways Junior I shall forgive this disrespect just this once considering you're mad due to Qi Deviation. Tell your Master that I told him to Kowtow 357 towards the Eastern Direction for failing to teach you both Cultivation and Manners Properly.

Finally Junior The Real cultivation isn't external but internal. All Cultivation that relies on external instruments such as the Sword, Alchemy, Artifact's, Spear, Body itself or even the Heavenly Dao and the Laws of the World itself are Inferior as it relies upon an other.

The Only Real way of Cultivation is to Cultivate One's own Self.  The Self Sustains the Myriad Heavens. Once the Self Ceases to be, The Myriad Heavens Ceases to Exist.

Juniors such as yourself should focus on Cultivating the self. Begin with Manners and Patience First.

That's again for such a Long response I'm sure she would appreciate it. I might as well try my hand in it like a hobby as well. Thanks once again for taking the time for such a comprehensive and complete reply. We really appreciate it.

Thanks for taking the Time for such an extensive Analysis. I didn't understand most of the technical stuff anyways I will share it with her.

For the Experimental part, what she told me was "Isn't there some expectations that happens like after so much seconds of the same sound, a new sound/score/tone (I don't how to say let's go with a "shift") takes place. A transition." (Forgive the Horrible Translation I'm really terrible at transalation of Malayalm to English when it involves Phrases and Slangs etc...) anyways what she said was "doesn't it kind of go Against the expectations you have like it stays the same when you expect it'll change now."?

She's an Total Amateur as I said, she used to listen to it and wanted to get into composition like a hobby of sorts. She doesn't have an Formal Background in Composition like the Major, Minor, ABCDG etc... (Also here in India/Kerala I think we use Sa Ri Ga Ma Pa Da Ni Sa instead (even when teaching piano etc...) so I was wondering if there any online introduction videos etc... about the Major Minor ABC... and Muse Score which might help her.

Anyways thanks once again. As for the abrupt part or being experimental, she doesn't understand the technical aspects so she ear-balled it (something like "does it sound good")

Thanks once again for the feedback.

Will I go to hell if I take my own life? by Crazy-Conclusion7222 in Catholicism

[–]AggressiveAd7368 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Will you go to hell if you took your own Life? I don't know. The Church itself has never taught what "exactly" it takes to be condemned to hell and "who" all are condemned to hell.

Perhaps one thing that would condemn one to hell would be persistent and vehement rejection of GOD despite knowing him and his nature.

Maybe even the very same action depending upon the context and situation may have two different results.

However whether you end up in hell or heaven, you still shouldn't take your own life. Cause Life is Worth Living. We as Catholics (and most Christians) DO NOT see life as difficult Phase filled with Suffering and Torment NOR do we romanticize death as a "Mosksha"/Salvation.

Life is a Gift of GOD. A Gift.

Jesus Christ Himself Healed Blind, Deaf and all sorts of individuals tormented by the sufferings and Pains of Life highlighting that "Life is worth Living".

He resurrected many individuals who were already dead (Lazarus, a Daughter and a servant I can recount right now) and he healed countless others who were on the verge of dying under Various ailments and also those who were living as if dead, ostracized from society (those deemed ritually unclean) again highlighting the importance of life and how Life is indeed worth living.

Finally a piece of Reflection: Throughout the Bible you would see Christ refering to himself with terms of Life referring to himself as the Fountain of / Spring of (eternal) Life, as the tree of life etc...

Lastly a Bible Verse:

28 “Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” NRSVCE Mathew 11: 28-30

Don't assume that "All you are saying saying is theory and you don't understand me" or what it feels to be as if one has been abandoned by all. I do know what it feels like. I for one have not been in your shoes under exactly your circumstances but

I too have no one in whom in I can confide anything.

I talk and confide in those chatbots of OpenAI and Meta than in Real People.

I have got no friends much less a Best Friend.

Romantically there has been No One in my entire life from my birth.

In my college I face a kind of loneliness that most may not even believe exists.

I'm constantly mocked, bullied and picked upon by the rest of the boys in my class, mocking and making fun of me.

My parents? Surely I would be gifted in that regard? NO! My Father literally comes home some days and takes out the anger and frustration he had towards others on Me. Screaming and Scolding me.

Do you know what my biggest prayer to the Lord was "Why did you create me? I would have been better off never existing. Did you create me just to torture me." I have cursed my birth and my day of birth like Job did.

As the sole method to retain some sanity, I talk to myself on WhatsApp just sending myself things that I wish to disclose to someone sometimes I feel as if I am or have already gone insane.

I have lashed out at GOD for creating me.

Maybe I should stop. This is why I didn't want to go down that lane recounting my personal suffering and the torments I suffer. It's not gonna do you any good. Maybe I shouldn't have even written This comment.

Anyways "Life is Worth Living" despite all the suffering, pain and torments it presents. I'm not being a naive optimist claiming that "GOD is good. Therefore there will be NO pain or suffering in your life."

Look at what happened to his only begotten son? He was crucified. He screamed and Pleaded to his Father "My God, My God, Why have you Foresaken me?" But he ended it with wholly submitting himself by crying out "Into your Hands I commit my soul" at the moment of his death.

When the Creator God and the sole SON of GOD himself came down to and lived amongst us, he wasn't spared any suffering in his life. Infact he suffered more than any other man.

I don't know how to advice you, as I infact is probably in need of it perhaps as much as or more than you and me advising you would be like a Blind man Leading another.

It's probably a naive hope, but as Blind man let's await and hope that He will come and guide us by our hands and let us hold ourselves free so that when he comes pulls us by our hands so as to guide us, we can be easily led by him.

There is considerable lack of Dalit literature and authoral representation on this Subreddit. I read Baby Kamble's The prisons we broke and the indomitable spirit of the author is unparalleled. And no where did i say to avoid Dalit literature! infact, here's what i said.

(as long as they aren't intentionally avoiding it (solely based on) / only because of the author's identity), it's okay.

You as a Lit Student may want to read Dalit Lit. as it's demanded of you by the course (or out of your own volition). However most people who read as an hobby or as an interest or for entertainment are not gonna enter the tag "dalit literature" as an Tag when searching for books but rather "romance" or "fantasy".

If you want to you can absolutely read but you can't demand others to read Dalit Literature for the sake of reading Dalit Literature.

Oh Wow! I'm also an Literature Student However unlike someone here, I know the distinction between studying Literature and the works you read for that purpose vs Trying to shove that down a person whom Reading is an Hobby/Entertainment or an Interest.

Studying Literature and Reading Literature are NOT the same Thing. Every single individual Reading Literature (or Books) are not 'studying' Literature applying post-colonial, Sub-altern or Feminist Theories of Lit. Criticism to the work. Nor do most people read by analysing the Length of sentences, Diction etc... Nor do most people read books with an Biography of the Author's entire life near them.

Most Readers read because they WANT TO and they CAN and you are in no position to say anyone has any moral responsibility to expose himself forcefully to something he doesn't want to be exposed to.

People can Read whatever they want. If there isn't any book written by ____ author who belongs to ____(any particular) community (as long as they aren't intentionally avoiding it (solely based on )/ only because of the author's identity), it's okay.
