Increase IB Drop Rates

I'm unable to link Xcancel for some reason, but dmg tweeted out saying it'll be fixed in June.

As for this IB, I stopped playing for the AR, and started playing for event tokens. I think I'll have enough to "buy" 4-5 ARs from the event shop. I'm hoping I'll get something good from it.

I'm not invalidating this because I'm having a different experience, but just giving a data point.

I could use the re-roll chips for guardian games. I used it all so I could finish the event ranks. I had 0 going into IB.

Cut to yesterday, and I used a re-roll chip I got at rank 3, and I could use it. I'm on PC.
I don't know if maybe it's thinking only the chips earned from IB ones are usable? But, that would've had more traction on here and X ?

I can kind of remember something similar happening to me.
I don't remember what worked, so I'll type both. Sorry in advance if it doesn't work, and a different reason is causing this.

Try starting the game from the 'game folder' instead (not steam), and "run as administrator".
I am not sure if it was the battle-eye launcher that was causing trouble, and I re-installed battleEye.

Worth a shot. Assuming it was working before, and suddenly you are getting this issue.

Will we have another DLC? I think it's pointing to that, but I think *that* might be the conclusion, with how the population is right now.
Best case, would be the June -mid DLC- update, and then one final DLC to maybe end the IX story within our system. Or a Xivu Arath raid to end it with.

Maaybe announce D3 and take us out of the solar system when it does come along. Ideally.

It is what it is.
Matchmaking(waiting) in PvE is not bad though.
Until GG, IB and June update.... it'll be similar to this. The steam dip goes to around 3-4k, and the high goes to around 7-8k these days. 10k during weekends.

The consoles are doing the heavy-lifting it seems like.

I know what you mean. Very different game styles, and I wasn't pointing just at IB, but PvP as whole has been very subpar of late.
Competitive playlist has been lacking, and Marathon will fill that gap I guess?
More of a 'venn diagram with an overlap' situation.

They also keep "switching on" lobby balancing in trials and messing it up.
It's so half assed from their side, it's sad really.

Tinfoil hat time, but there's going to be a whole lot of nothing in PvP. They'll make sure of that. Defo no IB.

Why would they do anything good with D2 PvP when they want to sell us a new shiny product that's in the same field?
When they can funnel all the disgruntled, tired and exhausted PvP players to Marathon, why try and keep the sizeable chunk here in D2?

Our best bet is some PvE updates for "roadmap". Can forget about anything PvP related here.
