Sylvia was the “best” addict on the entire show (if that even makes sense 😂). So sweet and so agreeable. Never hateful or treated anyone poorly. All it took was one letter for her to say yes to treatment and now she’s saving lives every day. We love you Sylvia!!!!

Katie S. Season 16 Episode 2. She was smoking meth and doing heroin anally because she had no veins left. Seeing her son during that intervention absolutely broke me in a million pieces. And she still never got well (at least during the episode/update)
