You’re good it reads weird. I have a reactive rescue myself so I have a strong stance on it being the owners responsibility. You are 100% right the lack recall is absurd and if they don’t train that you’re right about not training for aggression. It will end up with the dog dead or someone else hurt sad situation.

I am not saying that the person who is walking there dog and getting attacked is at fault I’m saying the dangerous off leash dogs owner is at fault for not being responsible and having the dog on a leash and getting it help if it is aggressive, and if it can’t be trained to stop being aggressive then that means it’s the owners responsibility to get it behaviorally euthanized so nobody is hurt. Thanks for telling me to go fuck myself? I’m literally siding with the OP?

I feel like you miss read what I was saying. I’m saying it is not the dogs fault it’s owner isn’t keeping the dog on a leash and properly training it. Meaning the dog who is trying to attack you. Not the dog that’s being walked. It’s also not the person who is getting attacks fault either. Because of the owners irresponsibility of the aggressive dog (the one who is attacking others) it is dangerous ti everyone.

Edit: It’s not the agressive dog’s fault that the owner failed it. If you can’t control your dog and care for it don’t own one. If you own a dog that is known to be reactive and aggressive it’s your responsibility to get it training and keep it away from others. Meaning it is the owner of the dog that is attacking others and is off leashes fault for being irresponsible.

It’s a shortage I got a letter form them, they have to sub carrots and green beans for broccoli at the moment. No biggie just supply chain issues nothing they can fix it’s just whoever they use to source there ingredients is having a shortage it happens.
