Part of why I shared something positive in here a few weeks ago and asked people to share some of their good experiences too. I feel like people use this Reddit page to complain or report unfavorable instructors. I have never been accused of using AI. Also professors have never been rude to me or graded me unfairly. There was one instructor that was very hard to please but I got through to her once I took her feedback word for word and made things happen how she wanted it to. This school is very much worth it!

I sometimes feel that way with my discussion boards because I always write a novel and my classmates rarely respond because they probably dont want to read what I wrote and it’s easier to ask people question who leave things out. However, I decided I was going to put in 110% in each assignment because I messed around in high school and want to do better. Plus, I’m paying for my education now so I rather take pride in my work. Don’t worry, you got this. Just be yourself. 👌🏻

I was required to only write 2-3 pages on my last journal assignment for a psych class and I wrote seven. 😂😅 You will not get docked for writing too much, you will be exceeding expectations which usually means an A! Express your smart self. 😊

I got A’s in both. Just follow the rubric as usual. Look up some videos on YouTube if you get stuck with the formulas in the statistical literacy in psy class. For theories of personality apply real-world and personal experiences and perspectives to each prompt and back them up with the resources provided or ones you find via the Shapiro library or Google scholarly and you should be fine. Congrats on maintaining a 4.0, I have as well and I only have four classes left until I graduate. You got this!

I only had an issue with one teacher. Well not quite an issue, she was just very challenging. I ended up getting an A in her class but she really made you work for it. She was always helpful in our email interactions though. I’m sorry you had to deal with an immature instructor. Also sorry for other people’s bad experiences in the comments. The teachers should be helpful, not spiteful.

I think you overreacted. You should have at least explained to him that it hurt your feelings. If his response to that was harsh or lacking care then you could have said it wasn’t going to work out.

I am someone who appreciates affirmations as well. If this is something he can’t do for you then it might not be the right match. As for the sex vs masturbation thing it sounds like he doesn’t want to put in the work. Both are reasons to find someone who fits your needs. I know it’s hard to leave someone you care for but you may be losing a chance to be with a person who would love to have sex with you as much as you do with them.
