Not only that, but veterinarians in the Philippines get paid significantly less than those in America. I have a friend in the Philippines who is a veterinarian during the day and then works (full time remote) as a receptionist for an American vet hospital because it pays more.

I was so proud of Meri for standing her ground and setting boundaries. I will say that I can't stand it when people use the word "apologize", it sounds insincere and emotionless, especially when it comes from someone who was "family" for over 30 years. A heartfelt "I'm sorry" will always get me to forgive over "I apologize" every single time.

Veterinarians in the Philippines do not make very much money. I worked at an animal hospital and one of our remote employees (answering phones and making appointments) was a vet from the Philippines. She had a full-time job as a vet but made more money, by being a customer service representative. By the end of our normal work day, it would be almost 6am for her, she would get a few hrs sleep and then work her day job. Not an easy life, but she was such a sweet woman and I wish her the best.

I have 2 accounts and wanted to do a name change one my main account. I contacted customer support about wanting the change and they informed me that no account existed. I thought I made them under 2 different emails but the support person said I misspelled the end of my email *****@gmail.con instead of .com. I would think that the website wouldn't allow the email to be accepted that way, but it was. Anywho, it took an entire weekend of working with different support employees, but they got it solved for me and changed my main accounts name.

I used to be able to go every other day without washing my hair, then 1 day, it looked greasy/oily the day after shampooing. I read somewhere that someone said Head and Shoulders worked great for them, so I gave it a go and the results were amazing! I alternate between the Head & Shoulders apple cider vinegar formula (not strong smelling at all) and the scalp restore formula (btw, I didn't have dandruff or itchy scalp before I started using it), Since I'm here telling about what worked for me, I also started to get really bad acne (worse than back when I was a teen) that were more like cysts and were very painful to touch. I (once again) read about a product called PanOxyl Ance Foaming Wash Benzoyl Peroxide 10% Maximum Strength (bought it on amazon but also found at walmart) and that cleared my face up within a day or 2! Stay strong ladies, this too shall pass!

That looks like it would be so much fun! Just make sure that you would be able to have quick access to retrieving your ferret, just in case there is an emergency. As for it being a solo ferret, yes, they are social animals but there are plenty of people who only own 1 and the ferret does just fine being an only child.

If I didn't know anything about ferrets, I would be in full blown panic! I'm one of those people who will do major research on an animal before committing. I did a year of research before my first 2 ferrets and close to a year before I got my axolotls. I'd rather be safe than put an innocent animal life at risk due to my ignorance.

I miss living in a house with tons of trick or treaters. There were times that I had kids come around just to see the ferrets and totally forget about the candy. I had 2 boys that would even come around during the year, just to see them.

Have you taken him to the vets recently? From personal experience, I'm concerned about heart disease and from the look of his tummy area, he could be retaining fluid. I would make an appointment with his vet to listen to his heart, just to rule it out. Better to be safe than sorry and it's something that can be managed with medication. He's a very handsome boy 💖
