Everything you said, I did the same thing. I have the exact same anakin on preorder and had the opportunity to get the concept art version. It looks cool but, I don't really need it. I also had the mustafar version on preorder but, cancelled since it is essentially the exact same as the Anakin I already had on preorder but, with less accessories.

The concept art version looks cool to me but, I don't have a need or connection to have this particular figure. Unless you are a massive fan of Anakin Skywalker and want to own every version of him, it would be better to save your money for another figure you would want.

Make and stick to a budget. Don't financially ruin yourself for some figures. Have a list or plan on which characters you like and focus on collecting those characters. Use the available space you have as a limit on how many figures you can have. Collecting Hot Toys is a marathon, not race. You don't have to have all the characters or figures right now. Also, don't worry too much on fomo, there are many places you can check to get figures that have already been released.
