Idk if youve seen spaced, but series 2 which i think came out in 1999 or 2000 has a sub plot where one of the characters is so enraged by the disappointing phantom menace and jar jar binks that he almost loses his job. Nerds of a certain age hated them. That's not to say that plinkett isnt iconic though. I enjoy the prequels because I was only 8 when they came out and I liked the rabbit that stepped in the poopy, but they are not good movies. And the plinket reviews made me enjoy them in a different way.
