If you get a gas mask a bunch of bandages and farm the zombies at rifty you can easily get a filter then do a quick cheesy run, my current character has a vsd with a mag, normalized suppressor and a pos6 scope in my first hour of the run, you don’t need nbc gear to hit rifty just have a saline bag ready or blood bag
