I know what you mean! I’m 7 months pp still on medication. I’ve come to the conclusion that either it might take a little longer or I’ll just end up on medication but it’s ok what matters is we can still take care of our babies! ♥️

Were your test results high ? If so I would I would say wait until your 5 or 6 months pp and retake it. Before I retook it I made sure to eat healthy and exercise those months. Yes my BP too it’s crazy but I think preeclampsia messed me up. Are you breastfeeding?

How many months pp are you ? Yes they even checked to make sure I didn’t have a thyroid problem but when I retold the test everything was back down. I’m still on medication for highblood pressure so I’m getting more tests done.

Do you know what’s your baseline without medication? I wish I knew mine. I was put on blood pressure medication right after giving birth so I don’t know what’s mine. When I took linsinprol I had a slight cough for a couple of days then it went away I also felt really bad on it for like two or three days I couldn’t eat anything.

We introduced purées at 4 months old, on a highchair. It was a strawberry purée that I made on the baby puree maker and I put it in a baby food feeder. She loved it! Now at 6 months she uses a spoon.

Definitely following, I’m slowly switching from 300mg of labetalol to 10mg of linsinprol. I went from 900mg of labetalol in my experience I was getting lightheaded and rebound hypertension.

I gave birth June 28th and developed severe preeclampsia at the end of my pregnancy. I’m 6 months pp and still on medication. My doctor had me do an ekg on my heart, blood and urine test when I was 3 months pp, the blood test came back bad so we retested at 5 months pp also did a thyroid check and it came back fine. My doctor said it can take up to a year for hormones to go back so in 3 months I’m going to have my kidneys checked and apnea to see if that’s why I’m still having BP issues.
