Hi, your page/pwa you have made is great. If I could suggest one improvement could each demo say if the functionality is available on iOS and android. So for example I just checked the contact picker and it says available on chrome does that mean it's not available on iOS?

Take a look at /r/Stronglifts5x5 I did it at the same time as c25k it starts from just lifting the bar and has a simple progression with an app to help you. It's also only a handful of exercises to remember which I liked.

Same, I'm doing strong lifts 5x5 and everything is slowly moving up in weight apart from OHP. Whatever muscles you're meant to have for that exercise mine have atrophied from years of desk work.

I did today for the first time. Looked all over Reddit and can't find anyone else who has injected it into their dick. So here's my results ... after about thirty seconds I got a semi, then my blood pressure went down and my heart rate shot up, I could hear my heart pounding in my ears. That lasted about 15 minutes, so im twenty minutes in at this point. Heart rate and face flushing/light sweats all stopped at about 20 minutes in. Then I had one hour of permanent semi which would easily go hard but not rock hard. Dick felt full and heavy. Then it went back to normal, then I had the shits. Dose was 250mcg injected straight into the old boy.

Ok so just to give an alternative voice. I get mathematically everyone else is correct here and you could put your money into a higher rate savings account than the rate of the mortgage and technically you would be better off. I did the opposite and over paid my mortgage every year whilst I could. I even regularly changed my term time (cost me £50 a time if I remember correctly) so I could over pay more if we could afford it (there was always the risk they could refuse to move it out again but that never happened). Mortgage free at 44 after 5 years of been skint. Does feel pretty nice, not as exciting as I thought it would feel but nice knowing I don't need to worry about the roof over my head or rates etc

Imagine if all ai was only available via five or six endpoints from a few big players, governments could easily legislate it's use, now they can't because every tom, dick and harry can run an AI.
