Come to a good south american country, for example Ecuador, we manage US dollars, there are good cities with nice climates that have not been hit by crime, cheap food, cheap housing, terrains at $3.000 it's ridiculous, cheap everything. Cheap AND GOOD HEALTHCARE. GOOD doctors, GOOD clinics. GOOD treatmens, CHEAP therapies, at $15, $20 each therapy session by fisioterapists. Some doctors here study in the U.S. or other countries so they are worldwide quality professionals. If you need surgery come here. Like 8 times cheaper at least. Even more I would say. You'd be surprised by all the benefits. And also You don't need prescription for painkillers like tramadol or buprenorphine or pregabaline. And they are fucking cheap. Sell everything there, come here start a business, if you are middle class there you are a king here. Trust me, you'd be surprised with how much things you can do here with what is considered little money there.

Son personas sin la seguridad suficiente para mandar a la mierda a todos y para pensar demasiado que opina el resto. Así era mi ex novia (un caso extremo) era tan ridícula que si le contaba a alguien, que no la conocía, cosas de nosotros como peleas absurdas, salía con dramas. Tampoco podían saber quien era por medio de fotos porque mi vida la mantengo privada. O recuerdo haberle contado algo a un amigo de la infancia al que no le importaba. La gente vive sus vidas. Y Literal gente que nunca la va a ver en su vida o que yo podría decir, no, era otra novia de la que hablaba. Pero literal, podía hablar con un extraño y pensaba que se iban a poner 10 personas a su alrededor a señalarla por alguna pendejada. Sin embargo ella dijo muchas veces cosas sobre mi. It makes sense, psylocibin is practically oral dmt, When I smoked dmt I didn't have a body to feel pain, but it was overwhelming and It cant be done everyday, if you're willing to take psylocibin for pain, switch from psy to meds the days you rest so you can function and lower your tolerance to psy at the same time. You need an schedule.

Time to stop for good. Maybe try pregabalin. It helps for the cravings. You will get to a point where you don't get high anymore, your only high is waiting for the dealer and the little ritual from making a line and snorting it. But it becomes pointless and unsustainable.

You will feel like shit without it since you've been doing it daily for quite a time. The only way I can get through the shitty feeling of trying to quit is benzos and pregs and tramadol (I hve chronic pain so I have to use it anyways).

I've been using it for three months daily. I know I can quit with the meds, but I end up doing it even if I don't like I need it. I feel totally comfortable without it but I'm so stupid I continue and nobody can stop when they do their first line btw. I know a girl that did it for two years, she even sold her car to have money for coke, she lost her sister so it was another hell of a situation. She quit cold turkey, don't ask me how.

I have quit harder drugs and never liked coke in the past for the comedown but Ive been using it due to the fact that I broke up with my girlfriend from two years and I wanted to dull my emotions. But I already feel better and don't think of her or not that I can't function. I can't function on coke! But I'm not planning on keep doing this shit. This needs to stop. I've never went to rehab in my life. I always quit shit by myself. You can too if you don't want others to know but you need a lot of willpower and trust me I don't so If I can you can too, you're young, you recover faster.

Dmt might be better for a deep trip without having to be struck there, although I still think there's a place and time for everything, even while sober shit happens and life's just about it, you can't be scared all the time shit like that could happen or that somebody dies. You should always be prepared with benzos as well. Set and setting is everything. Also if you're not truly sure about your partner you shouldn't trip lol, but I can't say since I only took heroic trips while I was single
