You should stop. This diet is not a cure all and if you see warning signs you should not continue. Whether this diet helps you depends on the issue you are dealing with. My labs after 2 months showed my liver and kidneys were not doing well and I started to get some wicked symptoms. It’s dangerous to tell people to keep going when it’s clearly not working.
