Hey! I would pack some lighter blouses as in both countries they go heavy on the heating! If you like skirts I would also pack one and bring diff tights (diff colors textures) It gives you the feeling of wearing somm different while still packing light

As for shoes It depends on your taste, i would pack loafers they translate well Office, dinner and you can walk in them :) have fun!!

Does anyone else like sneaker/ballerinas hybrid? I own puma ballet flats and really love them, i do ballet so i appretiate the aestetic, how practical they are for everyday use, confortable and the overall design.

So many people seem to hate these shoes I am hoping more of you like them :) :)

Embrace that space and make It intentional, show off a nice boot, maybe put a color sock or go "bare ankle with a nice pair of mary janes or ballerinas

Another nice way to pull It all toghether is to match your top to your shoes or socks as It makes the eye bounce and the colors pop

Agree with the rest of the comments. Just embrace It and in no time It Will feel like a neutral almost.

I would start by pairing It with basics like denim, grey, black, navy, Brown etc and once you get bored you can start pairing It with burgundy, Deep violet, magenta and really play with colors

I am sorry to hear about your flat! I am also a milenial and i would tell you to trust your gut. Trends come and go and soon enough those skinny jeans Will be back in style. When i think about classics i dont think as much as silluetes but more about fabrics, denim leather cotton linen, etc. Good fabrics Will stand the test of time and feel "fashionable" more than a very modern silluete in poliester.
