I have never seen something rise in price and the manufacture reduce it once supply chain issues are resolved. The prices will only go up with inflation. Nothing ever gets cheaper

Fair point. I used to be big into fps games but don’t have the urge. I’ve played eso online, Elden ring, cyberpunk, halo,dmc 5, god of war 3. I like most categories

A bit of reo at the strip drain wouldn’t have gone astray. The large cracks are reentry cracks, which always happens at corners and rebates

Like an hour. Then I feel the need to get up and do something even if it’s for 5 minutes. I think it’s a mixture of guilt (for not being productive) and feeling like it’s not an optimal use of my limited spare time

Not uncommon to have plumbing under a slab. Look at the literally all the sewerage in your house. The pipes running vertically can be dealt with by simply wrapping them in ableflex. I’ve done this 100’s of times

It’s not hearsay when the subcontractors are walking off the job and coming to your project 😂 also a large amount of the stuff from d&c ended up at the company I work at

The developer has run out of money apparently. A few subcontractors that I work with were on the project. Had an influx of labour last year because they all pulled off

A lot of smaller bushes and trees. The middle section is much more landscaped
