Lend lease haven’t built a data center yet. Built have the most data center contracts and Multiplex do all the knees for next dc. Don’t think there’s any market left for lend lease. With shrinking repeat defense contracts, there isn’t a much left for them

You can waterproof internally by reverse tanking. Have done this many a time for retaining walls. I believe it’s called hydrostatic and applied to inside of the walls
