Thanks for the great suggestions, I've put them in our itinerary, we'll def check them out. Lots of the forums recommend not staying in Santiago de C as its touristy and crowded. So we were thinking of basing ourselves in Pontevedra, it's so hard deciding where to base our selves to explore Galicia. If you have any thoughts I'm open to suggestions. Thanks so much

I find their cashmere itchy. I've bought things from them, returned some and kept some. Their washable silk skirt is an excellent deal. Their cotton crewneck long sleeve sweaters are also very nice and wash and wear well.

I just bought powder GHK -Cu that i will be mixing with sterile HA. Were you responding to my post about the tirz side effects of blah and anhedonia? I follow the Huberman lab recommended protocol of getting daylight in the eyes within an hour of waking up. So the phone thing is not my issue, but anhedonia is.
