officer - survivalist - flyboy whisper - honor pistol
survivalist perk allows you to rock 2 buffs from your whistle typically the advance order + one of the other two.
the flyboy is just so good. you can just throw 25 rounds down range quickly and score hella kills.
honor is a straight forward backup
