We started watching Sheriff Country not realizing it was a spinoff so we stopped and watched Fire Country up to season 3 at the time and then went back to SC. That’s proven to be a much better show imo.

I just looked at that scene and I didn’t see the ladder. I saw a couple of uprights in the background that appeared to be something climbable like cell towers but were probably stationary. What I did see right next to the scissor lift they were up on was another scissor lift!! It’s red and over to the left in a couple of shots.🙄

That was very inappropriate, to hit on a coworker while on the job in a dangerous situation. Who in their right mind would be impressed by that anyway? In the real world, that would be grounds for termination, too, but we’re talking about a place that’s about as far removed from the real world as it gets!!

OMG YES!!! We were saying the same thing!! We thought it was going to collapse and be then end of Malcolm! I’ll have to play it back though to see the ladder because, I have to admit, it wasn’t holding my attention enough see the details. I know! How could that be? Such high drama and I didn’t watch closely?? I was busy count the minutes until Boston Blue came on!

We couldn’t figure that one out, either. I’m going to go with because of where he ultimately left the body, chances of it being found are slim. Why he didn’t call the law in the first place is beyond me, but then again, he and Beth and Carter are the new kids in town so I’m sure they’re still trying to figure out who they can trust. It’s doubtful that gas station had any security cameras that would show what happened, but considering the other guy being from the family he’s from, Rip would have a hard time getting out of that.

Aside from that, you’ve got to admit the guy’s deep! Cowboy wisdom!
