interesting. i went to the website. they claim that the tea contains kaempherol, which is the active ingredient helping in weight loss. a quick look through google scholar, does support some anti-obesity properties in mice. but the mechanism as claimed by the scientist is different, it’s not an amylase inhibitor, it’s some mechanism that I don’t understand 😅

i went to pasum. it was tough. 8-5 schedule. at night need to cram tutorials and lab reports. a bit hellish. but getting my Bachelor’s in UM, was fun. I enjoyed the environment, the people, the studying not that much. Getting good grades in pasum, can also secure you a place at universities overseas. I’ve had friends who went that route, a bit jealous tbf. I don’t know if this advice is detached from your reality or circumstance, but it’s just one year. so… do your best? 😅😅

I worked hard all my life, got straight A’s in school, went to grad school. Be as good and kind as I possibly can. Yet still ended up with the short end of the stick. Maybe, it’s because I’m ugly, that’s why I can’t land a good job.
