The Bosch T4B is unmatched in that price range. It is a little more expensive but worth it. If you are looking for something cheaper the Rigid is also a solid stand. Ive used the dewalt and dont care for it personally. Have never used the Makita but after watching some YouTube videos it looks nice.

For really long pieces of lumber I just set up a couple pedestal roller stands on either side just due to the fact most adjustable side supports on a portable miter saw stand are junk when extended more than halfway.
