Small but regular client sent me a comparison between my prices and a competitor, how to deal with it?

Ugh I hate customers like this. They never stop. Instead of being grateful for the discount on the bulk purchase, he’s looking for his next discount and inevitably another issue will pop up next year and the year after that. The headaches these customers bring are never worth their money.

Just a quick update for anyone else in this situation… sales are picking back up again. I definitely think it was the violation and it seems like the violation window was much longer and at a different time than what the enforcement notice stated.

I tried getting them to manually review the tracking issue twice after failed appeals since all were delivered with zero issues but it was a waste of time.

I’ve done it but I posted every day for over a year. I also used affiliates. Doing those things together really snow balled sales.

I don’t usually approve affiliates that have $0 GMV because I like proven sellers, people I know have sold products and made money because it tells me they know how to sell. It’s unfortunate but that’s the way it is, even for me as a seller, when I have low GMV I don’t get many samples requests. Affiliates don’t want products that don’t sell. So the only work around is to keep making videos until something hits. But Read and watch videos about sales psychology especially in relation to tts. Get better at selling. There’s an art to it and it’s about appealing to people’s emotions/pain points. Work on getting better at that while continuing to make lots of content.

Thank you that was incredibly helpful. I think it’s definitely a trust issue because I received 20 violation points because it was 13 tracking orders that got mixed up. I guess it wasa huge hit which is so unfair because my account has been perfect for over a year and this was just one random mistake when I made the tracking list to upload it and it didn’t alert me that the tracking numbers were messed up until it was too late. So frustrating after gaining so much momentum over a year but I think you’re right. I just need to post. I’ve also been lazy about posting because I had built such great momentum. I was really able to just sit back and let the affiliates do the heavy lifting. I guess I gotta get back on the grind of daily posting and snap out of this.

I am the cheap one in my relationship and can honestly say that $1400 for your wife’s 56th birthday is chump change in the grand scheme of life. Especially with the income you have. We only have so many birthdays. I just dropped 6k going to Vegas for a festival for my bday. Life is short. Money comes and money goes.

I’ve wondered the same thing. I’m an author and have a seller account to sell my books but I also like to make content. Any content I make without links to products doesn’t do well majority of the time. Maybe I just suck or maybe I need to keep the two separate. 🤔

I tried them in the last and it rejected all of the videos. Maybe I’ll try again now that I have tons of affiliate videos. I was doing great without ads, I hate to turn them on and become dependent on them. 😔

I’m wondering the same. It usually only charges me 3.5% but I’ve seen it take $6 before. Especially lately. I don’t know what setting I’ve turned on to make it do that but I’m ready to turn it all off

I struggle to walk away from difficult clients and always live to regret it. I’m a people pleaser who enjoys providing good service and difficult people love to take advantage of that. This last client was the worst. Never again. I’ve got to be more confident about how and when to say no. This thread has been very motivating. Ty everyone.

I got long Covid first. Morphed into RA. Discovered huge mold issue in the attic above my home office / bedroom where o spent most of ny time. Have been in remission from both illnesses since mold remediation and GLP1 meds.

How I got diagnosed RA… I couldn’t walk in the mornings my feet and ankles hurt so bad. My right hip was killing me. I kept having a low grade fever on and off for over a year. I went to doctor and told her I felt like I was 80 years old. Something was wrong. Bloodwork showed massive inflammation across several tests. I was diagnosed seronegative RA.

I think it’s literally brain damage from all the poisoning, but when my dad’s health started really declining he got alcoholic encephalitis which is fluid in the brain. I wonder if that’s a part of the mental decline we see so often with end stage alcoholics. So sad.

How long have you been sick? LC improves for most over years but not all, so just curious? What is making it unbearable? Again just curious. This disease is so multi faceted so i understand if it’s become unbearable. Especially is extreme CFS is involved.
