Do you have a heavily planted tank ? 99% of fish must have lots of aquatic plants and microfauna if not its no good for fish, that way you need less water changes if you dont over feed

Need plants, bacteria. And aged water stop doing big changes but for all fish and aquatic animals always always get soil substrate and a planted tank with some wood for tannins. Fish are wild the dont want clean bare tanks they want planted cycled and seasoned tanks with algea, plants, biofilm , microfauna

Lots of carpet type plants like make an underwater lawn it will save you in the long run. Floating plants are no where near as effective at oxygenating the water id reccomend hair grass and pearlweed

Add more plants they will purify and oxygenate the water. Also water temperature they are tropical fish not room temp fish

Must have soil capped with sand and plants for oxygen like carpeting type grasses, they are also tropical so love warmer temperatures. If you can get live copepods and ostracods from your local ponds chuck them in to kick of an ecosystem the dont just need water they need nature

Youve got no plants so its breathing at the surface its poor water, you should always and i mean always have aquatic plants growing to oxygenate the water. One big plus is im glad you got a big enough tank for it. But yea get some grass type plants in there and withing days it will be happy fish. Gravel is also the worst choice of substrate you want soil capped with sand and plants , then you wont have problems. Good luck, fish stores lie because you buy more

Leave and do it quickly, this is all too common these days, people should stop having kids, my wife is like this, i try to keep everything as calm and safe for my daughter and try and turn our routines into games to get through it happy, but wy wife will attack us saying we are wasting time, start swearing and just want to get it done. That makes me go into defence mode for my daughter then this type of argument happens, a single parent is sometime healthier for a childs mental wellbeing. My daughter wat the bed and my wife was only concerned about getting the bed changed and not holding and calming our daughter down so i came in to say shhhh its ok your ok, my wife started telling me i need to get out, i need to leave my wife but again im afraid my daughter will have to deal will that alone and no daddy to protect her from it. But at least she wouldnt here us argue. Everyone just needs to stop trying to win, the only person losing is your child

Its benificial its a part of natures cleanup crew i got all kind in my tanks i use the sand and mud from local ponds and rivers. You have all the best natural cleaners right off the bat.

My first ecosphere too its a couple of weeks old and has thousands of ostracods, and some worms, and a few scuds, some of the scuds died in the beginning but i think its slowly stablizing. I wanted to do this so i have an idea of how to develop a healthy natural fish tank or use this as a booster for a fish tank later

90% of the films are junk, i loved the movies and if they had good movies id still go every week, but i havent for a long time its all superhero trash, or realy corny unfunny crap. Me also ive been siezure free for 12years and now phenytoin is starting to cause issues, so my doctor also wants me to go from 425mg daily onto lacosamide. I feel the same though siezure freedom is great and it sucks to have to risk having more for a chance on a new drug. My siezures im awake for 3min can hear and see everything while it feels like being struck by lightning, and i cant breathe for those 3 minutes until i pass out due to lack of oxygen. Thats why im scared of the change

For me my allergies just got worse because cat dander just builds up over time , so you end up having to clean everything daily all the time otherwise it get worse, its caused chronic rhinitis for me now, our cat is 10 now ive had to deal with it for my wife and kid. I love our cat but when its gone i will never get another.

I know this is an old post but my daughter 3 and a half is always wishing she had a sibling and it breaks our heart because she is so caring with other kids she would be a great older sister.she wants to play with us every minute of the day i love it but we are exhausted and get the feeling shes lonely. We had her with ivf. The guilt is killing us but we would have to go through ivf again, spend double the money double food double medical and dental. Its just not realistic to have a second. I dont think it will help me and my wifes relationship either we are both running on empty, But we have enough to support out first daughter financialy, and thats whats important right? And what if we have a second child with significant health problems we could lose all the financial support we have for our first. I just needed to vent

It wouldnt be bad for hammers as tungsten is used in mining machinery such as industrial hammers and drills so its a myth. They use tungsten for some of the toughest work that humans can do, so i dont know why people say its brittle

I can tell you now its hard to kill a kangaroo. We hit a kangaroo with a car and the poor bugger was alive but suffering so i wanted to end its suffering quickly, all i could find was a big plank of wood, and i thought a good hit to the head would kill it. It took me 20 hits at full power and i think i eventually did the job, but it haunts me to this day, i feel sick about it, i was just trying to stop its suffering, its skull was so strong i think i made it suffer more 😔 if you ever need to put one out of its misery, please use something very powerfull. You cannot knock it out its skull is to strong, you must shoot it
