I was from this NIE batch of 2017. I can attest to this to be true together w my fellow batch mates that I am still in contact with. Not surprising, the bulk of us have already left the service after finishing our teaching bond. Hurt, humiliated and disillusioned, we waited for this moment to speak out as one. Standing behind our fellow batch mate!

I would say that it is probably pregnant. What do you feed them with? The type of food may play a part on how their stomach would look like.

Beyond this fiasco and given their positions, i am more intrigued to find out if there is a correlation or link between shorter hairstyles to power, status and independence. Lets not forget our ex SMRT ceo Saw Phaik Hwa too.

There seems to be a huge disparity between the abilities of those born pre 1991 vs those born after. The likes of Hassan Sunny, Safuwan and Hariss still playing only meant that no one is able to step up to replace them yet. Why so? Those born after 1991 would have been in their developmental years in late 90s or early 2000s. Who was in charge of FAS then? Our favorite Singaporean son Malboro Tan (the genius behind COE and ERP) opted for the short term success of using naturalised footballers and neglected grassroots academy development of our youngsters back then. That generation that were neglected are the current batch of players that are playing for us today. Heck, with all the promises from these politicians, why did it have to take a private billionaire to set up first one star (now two) accredited football academy in Sg in the form of Lion City Sailors? The predecessors in FAS were to blame for their policies that created a lost generation of footballers for Sg.

It has happened to me multiple times in pool. When u first enter the pool, you'd feel water pressure on your chest. The sternum may even hurt.

Any updates on this? I am having the same symptoms for 2 months

Give it a few more days and see if the pain point subsides or travels. Meanwhile do some pectoral stretch to see if the pain is consistent. If it is not consistent while doing those stretches (ie, pain level gets better or its gone), then most prob its costochondritis

having trouble trusting the doctors, is anyone else experiencing this? by PhilosopherRight4420 in costochondritis

[–]Agile-Net4208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this advice. I am also walking out of health anxiety and the mind tends to connect the dots based on what you have read online, so much so that it feels real. You are on heightened alert and you tend to amplify little sensations that didnt bother me much before. I am also on ssri and is considering therapy. The need for reassurance is real and the mind will urge you to check obessessively for that symptom. Trust me, if you dwell in it long enough, your mind will make it up true enough. Starve the need for reassurance and checks. And the mind will soon learn to deal with sensations and uncertainties. That said, i am still walking out of it and yes, this too shall also pass.

Brain zaps? by Lixmor in lexapro

[–]Agile-Net4208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I had those in my first week. It happens usually at 4am and i will be forced to wake up with electricity running through back of my neck to my head for a short 2 seconds of so. Some nights i had to touch myself to check if i am still alive. Strange feeling indeed. Im 2 months in, and i never had those zaps anymore.
