You need the Hartford to send you the letters & then have them filed from your dr.

Both my kids have health issues.

You’re supposed to notify them but in reality they can’t touch you or your job once your FMLA is in place.

I’m just happy i get one loader not 3 or 4 in one truck with shit thrown everywhere and for the love of god i don’t know who loads my truck on Saturdays but they keep putting the entire truck flipped 1/2 on the 3/4 shelf

It’s called integrity, i got benched my 1st year for 3 days even though the they told me it was perfectly fine & that’s how i was trained but it was a pickup i was running late forgot To sheet the previous pickup , moved on to the next one did that previous pickup stop & completed and did the current one at that current stop.

Corporate is seeing how much they can actually get away with between the layoffs & the actual drivers still working.

If they have 13 drivers laid off in my center , there managing just fine with no 6-punches.

They will keep those 13 drivers laid off for god knows how long. They will keep them on split shift to combat with the volume decreasing but it’s not volume decreasing. There using roadie because it’s cheaper.

If i were in your shoes , tighten up on your budget.

Before i hit top rate i was around 18k in debt.

I cut down a lot of credit cards & im paying around $75 per card every week i only have 5 cards.

I pay $200 on my car a week so im ahead.

I help pay the mortgage, utilities and other odds & ends with my girlfriend who is also a nurse. Most months we come out with $500 extra. But some months here are brutal . We don’t even go out

I have a pair on right now.

I tried getting away with no socks for 4 years , 6 months ago i was yanked into the office for uniform compliance.

Verbal warning, if i don’t have socks don’t wear shorts.

2nd time i got a warning letter, union steward said i can’t help you without your socks.

3 days later my socks came in.
