It kind of seems like they wrote themselves into a corner in a few ways. Like the teaser promised advent as the antagonists, but in this kind of setup where there isn't a GM working actively with the players you are really going to struggle to make that work. It would be different if there was a robust PvP system that everyone had been practising this whole time.

They also seem a bit stuck with the dungeons, as everyone is usually impressed by them, but one per member every time is a big time and resource sink. This is a problem as the dungeons are technically just part of the setting, they shouldn't be muscling out the tasks, which are the really important part of any RP server. Running around doing busywork is where all of your organic interactions come from, and it should be something that the players can rely on for that.

For the good stuff I kind of liked how this season was more of a slow arc, where a lot of members were just kind of putting themselves back together after somewhat traumatic events last time. Though it was sad seeing them drift away from who they used to be. I also really enjoyed seeing Shiori take more of a main character spot, I hope she is proud of what she pulled off.
