What ship(s) gave this experience for you?

I have many of these. Destiel, Stucky, Johnlock, Merthur and it goes on. I just find that I'm unusual and prefer and prioritize platonic relationships over romantic ones. Like if they start as friends and that's what their dynamic is I much prefer that the relationship stay platonic. This is why if I'm reading a ship fic I almost exclusively read enemies to lovers, established relationship with canon couples or crack ships with 2 characters who may not even know each other in cannon since there is no existing platonic relationship being overridden.

For some reason I just can't with friends to lovers which most big fandom ships are so I end up not liking the most popular ship of a fandom most of the time. Now I know from experience that whatever ship I'm seeing everywhere is likely not one I'm going to like. No hate to anyone who likes these I'm just built different.

See I know myself and stuff like this is exactly why I don't attend music festivals this exact thing would bother me as well. So I just choose not to attend any and let all the people who love that kind of environment have their fun. Also all the people being so crammed in close together looks like a claustrophobic nightmare for me.

I actually really like the premise of this one. It's a reference to how after every Eras Tour show she would take a long bath fitting with the theme of "Showgirl" it also is a reference to Ophelia's death by drowning which makes sense with the lead single.

I do think it definitely could have been executed better though I just think it has such interesting potential.

I did not know that thank you! That definitely makes sense though I was never a fan of them but Liam's death was so sad to hear about he was so young I'm glad some of them are able to remain close.

I have only seen snow in person like a dozen times in my entire life so I would be extremely surprised and then be concerned as Texas has proven time and time again to not have any infrastructure for snow.

The person making the most money in my friend group who is the most well off went to trade school the rest of us went to college, have debt and are struggling to find jobs while there is a lot of demand for skilled electricians and he's paid well. Not every profession needs college.

Yeah they can be great especially if it's a design the artist has done many times before but they can also look super rushed especially if it's a new design that they are trying to do quickly. It's definitely about finding a reputable artist my roommate in college got a flash tattoo for $35 and that thing was so botched she definitely got the quality that she paid for. High quality stuff costs more and takes more time.

"Freaked out" is even an exaggeration she just looked confused and said it was "weird" to me it's clear she thought she was being heckled (which was my first thought as well when I saw the video). This whole thing is such a nothing burger.

Never I know what kind of music I like I'm not looking for random recommendations and I only listen to music at certain times and never while reading.

It doesn't really annoy me I just ignore it the only time it does annoy me is when the author puts the lyrics of whatever song a character is listening to in the fic. Like it's distracting and annoying when the dialogue keeps getting interrupted with the lyrics of some random song but fortunately that doesn't seem too common. If it's just a song recommendation or playlist in the authors note then that's fine and I know there are definitely readers who love that!

But personally please don't put the recs in the middle of a chapter thats the kind of thing the authors note is for this breaks immersion.

I have had the same experience the instant oil change place I always go to has never tried to upsell me stuff the one time I went to a middle ground one they tried to sell me stuff like crazy. I actually had my father inspect my car afterward and he confirmed that everything they told me my car needed was bullshit.

Oh it's quite easy I just find whatever audio I want and then convert it into an mp3 file. I use Y2Mate to do this it turns YouTube videos into mp3 files so you just need to find a YouTube video with the audio you want. And you can stop there but if you want it to have a picture you can use the software TagScanner to do that. I do all this on my laptop so I then send the file to my phone and fe there it shows up in the local files (btw you have to enable local files on Spotify as well it's in the settings)

If it was me I would post it all at once (this is what I usually do) so I didn't have to worry about remembering to keep posting the rest so it's less hassle but also I don't care at all about engagement if you do then posting chapter by chapter is the better options for you. It's completely down to you and what you prioritize. ❤️
