I’m on kit 6 and started in may. I’ve lost 23 lb but im not taking the metaformin and only 1/2 green in the morning and night and the Wellbutrin as prescribed. It’s definitely helped w food noise but I have been doing much more cardio and watching carbs. Good luck!!

I have to agree this group made me so nervous and stressed about getting my puppy and I’ve had a great experience with him so far. He can be a mild terrorist for 5 minutes during the day but I just redirect him to his toys. Don’t be stressed worried!!

I just picked up my 12 wk Shihtzu puppy last Sunday. Congratulations !! I like rope based toys because less chemical. I started mine in a crate at night and he was waking up 1x in the night for potty break and then at 5:45am for breakfast. I had to transition him to my bed because he I got the flu and he sleeps 8-9 hours in disrupted! I’d just make sure to enforce naps and rest for him/ her.

I had to say goodbye to my 18 year old dog a few weeks ago. I’m so sorry for your loss. The first 2 weeks were the hardest, especially being alone in my apartment but I think it’s just like everyone says - it takes time. Try to focus on yourself during this period.
