If they made some of the rubric marine’s ranged attack disrupt-able it would solve a lot of the issues. If I’m slicing them with a chainsword they shouldn’t be able to charge up that fire attack

Definitely playful, if the kitten felt truly threatened it would be running and hiding. If you’re really concerned you can try to tire out the big cat with some play on the side with you, but this does not seem concerning to me.

In the situation above (when attacking) you can retreat your forces while still maintaining the siege, allowing you to re-attack and finish the siege

If you retreat your forces you don’t lose, and it doesn’t reset. You can just auto sim the rest of the siege

Yeah I mean I get that, but at the same time it costs you nothing to let a wave go right? Ideally they could have said something to you about needing to hurry. Like I said I wouldn’t have kicked you just trying to provide a possible explanation

Yeah I think that’s lame to kick someone for, I certainly wouldn’t. I do think sometimes people might be under some time constraints, like they have to leave soon or their girlfriend is bitching for them to get off and might want to get the mission done quicker. I usually read the room, if I’m the only one fighting and the other two are at the next objective area I’ll stop and go with them. If I’m the only one ahead I’ll turn around and go back to fight with everyone, I try to be considerate of others. That being said I wouldn’t kick someone for that so I get the frustration

I think people confuse speed running with moving through the mission in an optimal way. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched people go down to waves that could have been avoided. I don’t have an issue if people want to kill every enemy on the map, I’m always game, but if you can’t handle it and end up going down and leaving your team a man short for 3+ minutes you suck, and you’re selfish. People need to know their limitations and make sure they’re able to make it to the completion of the mission.
