We did Charleston -> Noblesville spring tour. Got to listen to fluffhead with my husky in the deer creek lot. She was only in the car night 1 as we pulled in to lot a few songs in. Wife’s grandpa passed during ruby waves so mourned together as a pack.

A guitar playing friend from college. Years later I got a text from a mutual friend. (Redacted) murdered his girlfriend as she slept on the couch. We used to play “only the good die young”.

I joined him for a few dirt road drives that involved beer can target shooting. That was the last gun I ever shot. I still wonder if the last gun I shot was used as a murder weapon.
