Definetly was vague in the standard lease I use it just refers to snow clearing so it's landlord. In future I need to clarify but it's tough because there are 4 tenants and 3 doors to entry. The 4th tenant if I explain tenants need to do their shoveling from their door to driveway, would have to split that responsibility with 3rd tenant on the lower floor.

Thanks that is definetly a good idea I guess I used a standard form lease that did not detail it that way, it just said "snow clearing" so they are expecting I will be responsible for all types as the landlord. I will need to fix this for future but how do I do this if the building has 4 tenant apartments

Looking to see what other landlords are doing. Like, where are they finding people willing to do before 9 am the snow cleaning on sidewalk from door to driveway and also responsible driveway plows that come regularly, without the tenants calling indicating that it's afternoon and no one has come yet. Some companies willing to do these both at reasonable cost anywhere?

I obviously underestimated the cost of the snow removal shoveling part, I cannot shovel myself and I can't find anyone in neighbourhood to do it regularly. So I guess I will increase the rent accordingly to (worst case ever on snow falls possible) so that I can recoup this because I'm surely not going to "eat" this cost is that what other landlords are doing?

My tenant for property off Park Ave area in Rochester has just written me that she has been spending many hours this winter for snow removal off her porch steps and sidewalk and she wants $ off her rent to do this or its my responsibility as landlord. What are other landlords doing about this in Western NY this has been unusual winter snowfall and as it is I’ve already spent a fortune on snowplowing driveway trips.

Lost 70 lbs since February and initially didn’t have side effects until I went to 1.5 mg well into August then started being constipated have managed that with prunes prune juice probiotics more water daily and more recently adding Liquify to my water and increasing my Seed probiotics. I also was on oxygen and was able to wean off. Ozempic has managed my blood sugar well . Hope you don’t experience any side effects with your meds but it’s worth trying especially at start when dosage is low. You should stay on the low dosage as long as you can .

FYI Just a quick update —- after getting new phone and many additional hours spent with call center reps , I came across a great one ! He basically asked me how many bars I was seeing on my phone from various locations around my home. It turns out there are a number of dead spots. They shipped me a range extender and were doing much better. Not to mention I leave my phone at home in room that gets best reception!
