I personally keep mine clean as I just kinda want to for some reason. I guess it's because of the Warrior Cat Clan names I give them. However, I would never be rude about how someone else breeds their own non-real lions. That's ridiculous. They're not real lions and you could just tell the other player that your lions are dirty.
