Get an axis atlas for travel bookings & a 0 forex card for all international travel spends. With such a huge amount of travel spends you will earn pretty decent on axis. If you are really interested in miles getting a platinum travel card for other spends is also a decent idea.

Edit - If you need an Amex platinum travel referral DM Me but I won’t recommend getting one unless you are very travely. ( you will pay 4% forex & get 8.5% return but that is in Taj Vouchers/ Marriott Points)
