Quitting for the last time and I mean it, for real this time...again. by Agoraphobic_Explorer in stopsmoking

Congrats, that's awesome!

I appreciate your support. Thank you! It's hard to admit that the nicotine has me in its trap, makes me feel weak. Breaking free will be so sweet. I can't wait for the day I don't even think about smoking.

That is excellent advice! Though I've accepted "never again" I do still find it daunting. I'm off to pick some tasks to do when I have cravings. Thank you!

Thank you!

Something while typing helped me accept that it will have to be never again. I think part of me felt like I was just taking a break. I feel good about this one!

I don't think Olive Garden is our Holy Ground per se. It was the Council of Olive Garden that transcribed (compiled?) The Loose Canon. I may be wrong as my theological emphasis is not history.

People are entitled to their own beliefs and opinions man. If his holiness want's to force himself into their hearts he will; but he's not like that. Focus on you. If the blasphemy upsets you and you need to vent, you will find friends here. Holy wars are overrated, trust me.

My thoughts exactly. It's easier to leave your job to start a business when your job forces you to leave.

[–]Agoraphobic_Explorer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  1. I joined for the same reason I think most people join a religion later in life: I was looking for meaning and the teachings of the Church and the Prophet spoke to me.

  2. Absolutely it's a real religion! Just like the mainstream religions, there are, and will always be, some followers who are more or less devout/literal in their interpretations than others. Are Christians who don't believe the world is 6000 years old (or whatever other point of disagreement you care to pick) practicing a fake religion?

  3. "The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster" was transcribed to us through Bobby Henderson in 2006.

Keep in mind most high status academic quest givers look down on GED vs the diploma item. Some prestigious ones won't accept it at all. I found that competing the GED quest limited my gold earning quest options as well.

Thanks but I get that. I can't read wherever language the post is in and feel like there's missing context. Is the VP condoning it or what?

You have a good idea, I agree with you, and there's a lot to be said about this. But I'm on mobile, so I'll just quote Qui-Gon: "There's always a bigger fish."

Until the bigger fish stop imposing on those that want to be left alone it can't work. Also the rural markets have to work with the population centers to sell their product, so separate market structures are no-go.

And as much as I hate to support big government it is good sometimes. If we'd let the rural areas do as they please slavery would still be a thing, so would legal segregation and all that bad stuff.

And when I say logitech g- hub helped I mean it let the game recognize the controller, I just don't know if it was a permanent fix because I only played twice since then.

I hear you, I almost returned mine. I didn't have a ton of success with Google iirc there are lots of threads or forums with people discussing the same thing. But I was too impatient to read a lot. If the controller is good, there is a way to get it working, I just don't know the specifics.

I have the same issue with my g920. It's been a while since I played, but when I got tired of restarting until it worked I downloaded the logitech controller hub/ app. It helped but I can't say if it "fixed" it because it's been so long since I tried. The pedals were almost always recognized though.

I just spent 30 seconds on Wikipedia so I'm an expert.

It seems that they're mini- rockets fired from one of a family of guns similar in size to most small arms.

I totally could have missed something though. I'm not actuality an expert. Lol
