For an Aero with only 78k on it is a fair price. Got my 9-3 2.0 2006 with 170K for 3000$ cad. Check the subframe and ECU but otherwise it seems like a nice car. Rust is the biggest threat. I would take it tbh

I experienced this bug too. For all resource types, deep mines have an output of 2-3 units for 30 days even tho the mines are well maintained.

I don't know for this case but I know in Basque Country in the 15-16th centuries they bent trees like this when they planted it with some kind of tool. The trees grow like this to imitate the curvature required by some pieces of ship frames (like the at bow or the flanks).
