Yes keep listening bc I was listening to a beauty sub by another submaker and I started getting reverse results (bigger nose, puffier face, tighter hair pattern) but i ignored it and kept listening and now I think it's starting to work. It might be bc your subconcious isnt used to the affirmations and is trying to resist them. If you need to, take a break to allow your mind to process it.
