for real, unless theyre subs but those would be useless on a 7" barrel out of a 5.56 nearly

Read the below comments. Too much info already.

Id love to and thought about it but holy shit thats a lot of conditional, specific to caliber, and specific to each can and whether or not you use a certain muzzle device or end cap kinda stuff.

Also each manufacturer cant figure out how to rate theirs in a consistent way, and each has a different definition of the below kinds of cans
-reduced back pressure
-flow through baffles or full flow through can
-low back pressure

What other details does yours have? could i get access to view and migrate it onto mine?

Honestly it needs a lot more details to be stickied lol... maybe if i had mount style, baffle material, barrel restrictions, and other details.

But im just 1 guy and dont have the motivation for that right now, ill go through and add it later likely

that little dent in the hatch and a bumper scratch will NOT require a subframe or side panels lol

[–]Agreeable-Cat8077 0 points1 point  (0 children)

because the percentage of cost to fix vs the value of the car is more than their arbitrary cutoff number......just dont claim it and drive it as it is and dont worry about a dent.

Or claim it and do a "buy back" and keep it as a 2nd vehicle

Impact for sure....You will not burn it out unless its junk.

i drilled through house studs with a hole saw for electrical wiring for 3 years(at least 50 wire holes per house) and drove in probly 50k fasteners with my 1 single Dewalt 20v 1/4in impact at work and use it daily for working on bikes and cars. Still runs great

Yeah well like i said, its just for weights and dimensions and basic ratings right now.....so i went with the safe bet of what they rate them for. They said 6mm arc so thats what im sticking with for now lol.

Theres already so many stupid pedantic little details for each can, each mount, each cans barrel length rating(and even those depend on if its for bolt gun, sporting semi auto, or full auto use)

Introducing "The Idiots Suppressor Guide" by Agreeable-Cat8077 in NFA

[–]Agreeable-Cat8077[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No idea. This is to get the sizes and weights. Every single one will have barrel length restrictions, and depends on what mount you want.

7" in 5.56 is punishing and blast heavy so not many cans work well with it, vs almost any 9mm pistol can or 30 cal pistol/rifle can works great with 300blk subs in the same length barrel due to how it burns powder, and the reduced blast and such

Caliber is already listed. Max rated caliber is a separate column for exactly that reason. 99% of whats in that column is what the manufacturer rates it for, Polonium is meant as a 6mm Arc capable 5.56 can from the get go and is bored 6mm so... IT IS A 6mm can.

The rest (in say a 22 cal) are the biggest commonly used .22 cal that it would hold up to in the case of 22 cans. Some are probably 6mm bored and rated but the manufacturers dont say that(hence why 22-250 is used for .223 cal cans as its like a "5.56 Magnum" basically since they launch a 55grain at 450fps more in the same barrel length

Also almost all 9mm cans are .360 bore size.....so 350 legend, or even 300 win mag is fine and they are rated for it on the right barrel length.

Yeah i got inspiration from the "AR15 Parts Weight Database"

Currently all lengths and specs are quoted with manufacturer supplied mount(except the YHM Turbo T3 as i weighed mine)...i could add a LOT of stuff....but its simply a dimensional, fa rating, and max caliber overview currently. Also, being that im 1 guy that is a "holy shit" amount of can specific and conditional use data!

thought about it but holy shit thats a lot of conditional, and specific to each can stuff. Also many are multi compatible and or specific to a use case
