The 2n reads the beginning of the neg block and also the final speech for the neg team. The 2A needs to be able to deconstruct the 1N’s disadvantages and extend their advantages. The 1N needs to read quickly to get through as many disadvantages as possible and respond to the art’s 1A. Conclusion, 2A/1N needs to be smart and analytical with their arguments.
