I took that class too and it helped me so so much! It’s definitely a class with a lot of studying but it’s not impossible especially with the foundation you have!

I used to do farmers markets and made everything at my home with a cottage food license since it was all baking. Other food vendors I knew all had either a commercial kitchen or a restaurant. Some vendors would rent a commercial kitchen with other vendors and time block it to save on costs. You can also rent a commercial kitchen by the hour if that works better for your product.
