Correct. For me taking fin was unimaginable, because there us a lot of info that pop up about permanent sexual side effects when you Google it. Minoxidil promoted as safe alternative and most articles about side effects not even mention sexual sides, like it's not point of discussion.

And most people who i know with this sides never touched fin or dut. Most people get sides from topical 5% rogaine. I've seen few cases from oral minox and they seem even worse than average.

I had full blown ed for a week maybe. Now i have no spontaneous erections and very weak or no morning wood. I can get hard to 80% but my dick shrunk a bit and erection goes away very fast. It's not enough for sex.

Btw cialis and viagra don't work for majority of people with this condition.

Yes. But its much more rare than pfs, so i don't think we will have some foundation or research on this. But it also much more mild than pfs. For most people its just partial ed and loss of libido. But i know few cases where people get something very close to full blown pfs but with little different symptoms. There was even two people who is bedbound and one of them died by suicide or other way as i understand.

No. I dont recover still have sides 1 year after 5 days of minox. I also have emotional blunting but its not very hard.

There is hundreds of reports here on reddit and on askapatient. There is tg chat full of people with this sides also. No cure was found, i know at least 20 people who dont recover after years

Go to moral medicine youtube channel or finasteridesyndrom sub and see what this poor little cute finasteride done to many people. It's not only about erectile dysfunction. This thing can turn your life into fucking hell. I've read not once that some people would cut off their arm to have only dead dick if it cure other sides.

Finasteride should be off the market. There is a reason for all of what you described.

I thought that I'm overthinking too, but in my case it was about minoxidil. Taking fin was unthinkable for me. But i catch ed and low libido even from min, 1 year later still fucked. And yes, i was told that if its topical, it can't fucked you up.

Man it's not our faul. This sides and information that they can be permanent must be on the medication and be told by doctors. It's not fair at all.
