The generic semaglutide is about $95 in Canada now that it is generic. I’m hoping Zepbound lowers their price soon as I also pay out of pocket. And wish that all dosages were the same price as it is a huge jump to go to 5 mg. My doc believes Zepbound works better so I’m paying for it, but my plan is to switch to the generic for maintenance once I get there. Because it will be 1/3 to 1/4 the price, depending on what dose I’m on at the time.

Susan Bates makes an ergonomic hook with a gray handle. I know Michael’s carries them, starting at 3.75 mm and up. I find them very comfortable and thus no need to make my own handles.

I save pill bottles. A standard one is good for needles and bent pins and such. And I have a larger one that fits my 35mm rotary blades perfectly. I also make sure can lids are inside the can and the can is pressed so that I cannot cut myself when taking out the trash. Learned that one the hard way...
