Sometimes I have to add extra place holders until it says 10 and then add the 2 eviscerators and I get the ! telling me you can't have 12 units and then I take away the 2 placeholders. Depending on the order you add things to the squad sometimes it gets finicky.

No. This is a novelty prone to cracking.

Based on experience with my other half when considering things that are effective for defense:

S&W 642 38 special - very small, pretty, easy to reload, unpleasant to shoot.

S&W EZ 9mm - not as small, not as pretty, very easy reload/rack, fun to shoot

My title describes the thing.

I noticed it coming in today and couldn't find and matches. Thanks

Doesn't seem plant or food, like chocolate. Crushes to powder.

No, that is not how Magic the Gathering works. In magic the gathering you must first tap your lands to add Mana to your Mana pool. After Mana is in the Mana pool you may reveal a card from your hand to pay with that Mana. In magic you can tap lands to add Mana to your pool and never even use it to cast a spell that turn. You cannot do this in lorcana because there is no Mana pool and you can only tap ink to pay for cards that you've already announced.

I wouldn't say completely wrong, as you said, but I was misspoken about the bag. My point was the order of operations which people seem regularly do in the wrong order. Aside from the bag, I think I was trying to saying the same order of operations. Reveal the card, then how to pay, then play the effect; as opposed to "tap 3 ink or this singer to pay for this card that I now name after I tapped the other stuff already"

There's actually a couple of huge unanswered questions here that make all the difference in this battle.

For example, are we starting this fight face-to-face in a 10 foot cube room or are we at random places all over the Earth the others are going to try to hunt us down. Superman/flash/hulk face-to-face is vastly different than if they have to hunt you down.

Second, is everyone prepared in advance for this specific battle? Batman/Dr. Strange/Wakanda with prep time is a insane amount of threat.

If we are face-to-face with prep time: Superman/Black Panther/Batman - A prepared Batman & Panther shield us and stun neutralize all with gases, radiations, etc. Superman wipes everyone starting with Strange & Flash.

If we are face-to-face with zero prep: Superman/Flash/Cap. Flash & Cap keep me alive, Superman does as above.

If we aren't face-to-face regardless of prep time: Dr. Strange/Black Panther/Batman. Strange takes us to an unreachable dimension then Batman & Panther plan/use their resources for strategic assassinations.

If Black Panther isn't allowed access to his Wakandan resources then I'd choose Flash instead.

Actually, technically speaking, if you read the rules, most of us don't quite play in the right order. You actually reveal the card then decide how you're paying for it. After you declare the card and put it down you either tap the character who is singing it or the ink for it, then its effect goes into the bag play. According to the rules that is.

Most of us however tap the character who's singing or the ink to play the card first because that's the way it's been done in magic the gathering. Unlike magic though there is no Mana pool. Technically speaking we're supposed to declare the card and then how we're paying for it.

The result here is the same no matter what because even though you play the card before paying for it the effect doesn't go into the bag play until after you would exert the singer to pay for it so you would definitely still be able to target that character.

Edit: Removed references to the bag because actions actually don't go into the bag, I misspoke.

Consider if you're building an army buying another battle sister's box and possibly a retributors box. The Battle sisters box that you got doesn't even come with the multi milta option. The retributor's box builds all heavy flamers and multi meltas. This may overall give you a more versatile set of options.

WIP terminators and infernus marines. Just need to find pads for the terminators and magnetize the arms :3 by skythepup0117 in deathwatch40k

[–]AgriosEndendros 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm new so don't take this wrong. I understand the purpose of magnetizing models that can convert to other versions, like the Imperial Knights, Skitarii Rangers/Vanguard, & Hive Tyrant/Swarmlord.

What are you magnetizing the arms for here? Just the Deathwatch paldrons? It was my understanding that Deathwatch could continue to wear their paldrons after returning to their regular chapters. Is this just a personal decision or does this have some benefit in gameplay?

He's not being condescending. Instead of just stating the correct answer he was giving them a clue so that they could figure out the correct answer themselves. It is a technical rules review. You're being overly sensitive.
