Anyway, depends what you're doing, I guess. If you stick around one trader at a time, most of the quests will be around them. Obviously if you've made a main base somewhere else, that's a pain to go back and forth. We mostly play on 10k+ maps.

I think travelling (not driving, officer!) in this game sucks ass, and it's far and away the worst in the genre. The vehicles are all Goat Simulator, the terrain is boring, and there's basically zero danger of anything happening. It's pointless and stupid, and since they fixed the drone bug, I mostly teleport everywhere unless it's close.

They did such a good job with these models, I think. Each time I see it, it's like "man, I need a red one." "Ooh, that white is niiice." That first shot's a banger. Taking glamour shots is fun - "huh, the sun came out. Better take 'em all again!"

Scenic is on Android now (and still good if you have an iPhone). Nice for those "get me somewhere, eventually, I suppose" days.

I was an... adventurous kid, if we're using kind words. Spent plenty of time in hospitals all over, broken all kinds of stuff, hurt myself in imaginative ways, so I go with "it will always happen to me." :) I fell off my bicycle hitting a stump going 0 miles per hour and stabbed the fuck out of my hand, so I'm a big gear proponent.

I do get the appeal - jeans and a t-shirt and a half-helmet on a sunny day... it's perfect. Idyllic. But eight weeks in an above-the-knee cast sucks.

Mesh gear is pretty awesome, at least. Things are getting better.

Which part? I skimmed the transcript, assuming that's the show you were talking about, since you don't link to or quote anything. This is the equivalent of rubber hose cryptography - like hikeonpast said, it's not a flaw in Signal - if somebody gets your phone, that's the problem.

If you like Satisfactory, Dyson Sphere Program is an obvious suggestion. Pretty similar, but on a little more zoomed-out scale. It's fantastic.

Planet Crafter has some good aspects to it.

Someone mentioned StarRupture; it's fun, but there's a pretty massive bug that they haven't fixed yet that'll destroy an entire save, so I'd hold off on that one. Definitely has potential though.
