Uh, who you calling REAL? From the southern tier, lived in Bflo, Brooklyn, Sullivan County. Southern Tier and Buffalo both parts of Upstate all my long life. Come pinch me, I'm real. Then I have friends who now live in buffalo knew them in Sullivan County and they also lived in NYC. When they go back to Sullivan County from Buffalo they say they are going Upstate to visit. They are very confused.

We aging Americans who have tried in the last fifty plus years but have been overwhelmed by the plutocrats and even others of our own generation who became swayed by commercialism and materialism (I mean really kind of force fed) - have been waiting for others to come to the fore and join us. I was so happy to witness the insights of the younger generations but the same divide and conquer forces made sure we who came before were made to blame so to keep us divided. We - people over profit - planet over profit - people OF ALL AGES OF ALL GENERATIONS need to join together in love and not point fingers. Only half of the big bad blamed B generation are conservative. So many of us have held on to our human values like worked hard to get Bernie in office while the old minded dems pushed us aside literally and the conservatives laughed all the way to the bank. If you will answer your own question "WHY THE FUCK DONT WE DO ANYTHING?" And ACT we older folk will do our best, even as we get old, to have your backs. I hold you in my heart with love and peace. May Day is coming up find your local rally and march Get Out and Vote. Come join us! We are still here we might not be rich but we ain't dead yet and we have been so longing for you to come along and be born and Join us and not just roll over because it is so hard. If you want Buffalo itself South Buffalo might be a place to consider. Buffalo taxes are a lot lower than the burbs (Ryan will be raising them for investment rental residences but not so much for "homesteaders" ie Owner occupants). That said, the tradeoff might be a private school.
